The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) is working with federal, provincial and territorial governments to understand the experience of people in Canada age 15+ with mental health and substance use services. Your responses can help shape how these services are improved.

Who is CIHI?
The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) provides comparable and actionable data and information that are used to accelerate improvements in health care, health system performance and population health across Canada.
CIHI will provide aggregated results to health care decision-makers and the public to help better understand the challenges experienced when accessing mental health and substance use services, and how to improve access to these services within their jurisdictions.
